This charming antique bisque head doll features striking blue glass sleep eyes, delicately painted lashes, feathered brows, and an open mouth with porcelain teeth. Her finely modeled bisque face is framed by an abundant head of original or early mohair curls. She is dressed in an elegant custom-made green velvet dress with lace overlay and matching bonnet, evoking Edwardian fashion sensibilities. The fully jointed composition body retains much of its original finish and shows expected wear consistent with age. Height overall, 32 in.
