How do I report a suspected phishing message?
Phishing emails or SMS messages may pretend to be a legitimate company, such as AuctionZip, to attempt to steal personal and/or financial information from you.
If you have received a message from AuctionZip asking you for account or credit card information that seems odd or illegitimate, please forward it to [email protected].
If it's confirmed as phishing, we ask that you use your provider's spam system, to report the email as a phishing communication or junk/spam to help the service know it's not legitimate. We also recommend blocking the sender for either email or SMS.
