Angelo Bee Signed Master Engraved, and Gold Inlaid Winchester Model 63 Semi-Automatic Rifle Manufactured in 1956 and subsequently engraved and gold inlaid by Master Engraver Angelo Bee. The muzzle end of the barrel has a single gold inlaid wire band, and there are two gold wire bands and a 13/4 inch wedge of floral scroll engraving with punch dot background on the top breech end of the barrel. The Winchester oval proofmark on top of the barrel and receiver are gold inlaid. The receiver, forend cap and trigger guard are decorated with floral scroll designs with a punch dot background. There is gold inlaid wire bordering on the receiver and upper tang, and the serial number on the frame and trigger guard plate are gold inlaid. In addition, each side of the receiver has an oval gold inlaid bordered panel with silver background of two rose gold inlaid relief squirrels in a wooded scene on the right side and a gold fox and pheasant in a wooded scene on the left side. The top of the receiver has a rose gold inlaid swooping eagle in a mountain scene. Just below the scene on the left side it is signed "ABEE" followed by a small bee. There is a small "HH" directly behind the trigger guard bow. Standard barrel markings, blade front and adjustable rear sporting rear sights and mounted with a multi-point checkered, nicely figured walnut forearm with steel end cap with light scroll engraving and pistol grip stock with a satin finished metal grip cap. The wood shows a small dished out area on the upper left side of the stock, and overall light handling marks and sharp checkering. The markings and engraving are crisp and clear.
