Angelo Bee Signed Master Engraved and Gold Inlaid Winchester Model 62 Slide Action Rifle Manufactured 1958 and subsequently masterfully embellished by Master Engraver Angelo Bee. There is a single gold inlaid wire band around the muzzle and two wire bands around the breech end, as well as a 1 3/4 inch wedge of floral scroll engraving with a punch dot background. The Winchester oval proof on the barrel and receiver are gold inlaid. The serial number on the lower tang and bottom of the receiver are gold inlaid. The receiver, forearm slide bar, trigger guard and bolt are engraved with a floral scroll and punch dot design. In addition, there are gold inlaid wire accents and bordering on the receiver sides and a gold wire border on the upper tang. There is an oval panel on the left side of the receiver with a wooded scene of a rose gold inlaid fox and two quail, and the right side has an oval panel with a wooded field scene of a rose gold hawk swooping down on a rose gold rabbit. The lower left side of the receiver is signed "ABEE" followed by his signature little bee. The standard left rear barrel markings remain. The rifle is mounted with a very nicely figured 17 groove walnut forearm and smooth straight grip stock with a checkered hard rubber Winchester buttplate. The wood shows a few minor dings and handling marks. The markings and engraving are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
