He stands as the paramount exponent of Renaissance humanism, forming the trio of the great Renaissance masters alongside Michelangelo and Raphael, and ranks among the most celebrated artists in human history. This print reproduces Leonardo's iconic portrait, the defining masterpiece of the Italian Renaissance. It is universally recognised as the world's most famous artwork, drawing the highest volume of visitors, and being the most frequently depicted, referenced, sung about and copied creation in art history. The portrait portrays a lady with reserved demeanour and a faint, lingering smile, widely known as the "enigmatic smile". Housed in a late 19th-century Italian antique gilded frame
