An impressive complete collector's presentation titled "The Last 20 Years of Indian Head Pennies & Buffalo Nickels," housed in an elegant locking hardwood display case with fitted green felt interior and original key. The collection showcases the final twenty-year production runs of two of America's most beloved circulating coin designs—the Indian Head Cent (1900–1909) and the Buffalo (Indian Head) Nickel (1913–1938). Each coin is individually housed within a protective clear capsule and arranged chronologically in a custom recessed display, creating an attractive presentation suitable for both seasoned numismatists and collectors seeking a handsome ready-to-display set. The interior lid is silk-screened with the collection title and decorative medallion, while the finely crafted hardwood case features decorative inlay, polished brass-tone hardware, and secure keyed closure. The Indian Head Cent, designed by James Barton Longacre, represents one of the most iconic coinage designs of the late nineteenth century, with its final decade of production marking the end of an era before the introduction of the Lincoln Cent in 1909. Complementing the set are Buffalo Nickels, designed by celebrated sculptor James Earle Fraser, whose powerful depiction of a Native American profile and American bison remains one of the most admired designs in United States numismatic history. This presentation combines historical significance with elegant craftsmanship, making it equally appealing as a numismatic collection, executive office display, library accent, or gift for the coin enthusiast. Included are: • Complete final 20-year run of Indian Head Cents (1900–1909) • Complete Buffalo Nickel series (1913–1938, one example per year) • Protective individual coin capsules • Locking hardwood presentation case • Original working key Please note that coin grades, mint marks, and overall values vary by individual coin. Buyers are encouraged to examine the photographs carefully to determine condition and dates.
