The copper rounds themselves present in pristine, like-new condition, exhibiting brilliant original luster with no discernible wear, toning, or surface marks. Ten rounds are securely encased in individual clear plastic capsules, one of which shows a visible crack or damage to the plastic, as indicated in the notes and visible upon close inspection. Item Description
Weight: 29 grams each

Discover an exceptional offering for both seasoned collectors and astute investors: a splendid lot of twelve one-ounce .999 fine copper rounds, meticulously struck by the renowned Golden State Mint. These captivating rounds pay homage to the iconic Lincoln Penny, featuring a detailed bust of Abraham Lincoln on the obverse, complete with the inscription 'IN GOD WE TRUST,' 'LIBERTY,' and the significant '1909 S' date – a nod to a highly sought-after numismatic treasure. The reverse proudly proclaims 'GOLDEN STATE MINT ONE OUNCE .999 FINE COPPER,' alongside the artist's initials 'V.D.B.' These aren't merely decorative pieces; they represent a tangible asset in an increasingly digital world.

As a long-term investment, copper holds a unique position. Often referred to as 'Dr. Copper' due to its perceived ability to predict economic shifts, its demand is intrinsically linked to industrial growth, technological advancements, and infrastructure development. While not as volatile as precious metals, investing in physical copper rounds offers a diversified hedge against inflation and currency fluctuations, providing a solid foundation for any portfolio. This lot presents a compelling opportunity to acquire a substantial quantity of high-purity copper from a reputable mint, combining both intrinsic value and numismatic appeal.
