PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN MIND WHILE YOU
ARE BIDDING AT THIS AUCTION:
PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment shall be made in cash, cashier's check, personal check or electronically swiped credit or debit card on the day of the Auction before Buyer leaves the premises. Checks shall be made payable to "McGrath Auctions." In addition to the hammer price, a 15% Buyer's Premium plus an additional 5% if you win the item through online bidding, and 8.125% local tax will be added to the final invoice. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or credit card charges.
NO WARRANTY: The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to this sale are believed to be correct. No professional appraisals have been made. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor the oral statements made by the owner, it's officers, agents and/or employees of McGrath Auctions, concerning any items shall be construed as warranty, either expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct any and all investigations, appraisals and authentications, this includes evaluation of condition.
RECEIPT: Upon receipt of payment, Buyer will be furnished an invoice/receipt for items purchased. This receipt must be presented to and dated by check-out personnel before the Buyer will be permitted to remove purchased items from the Auction premises.
REMOVAL DATE: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer when the Auctioneer says "Sold," and the Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the Auction premises. All merchandise must be removed from the premises by the Tuesday following the conclusion of the Auction.
STORAGE FEES: All items that are not picked up by 5:00pm on the Tuesday after the Auction will be subject to a $10.00 per day per item storage fee. If after five (5) days the items still have not been picked up, they will be deemed abandoned and will become the property of McGrath Auctions. NO refunds will be given on unclaimed merchandise.
BIDDER DISPUTES: The Auctioneer shall designate the Purchaser after each item of merchandise is auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more Bidders, the Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen bidding. His/her designation of a Buyer shall be final.
INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold McGrath Auctions, the owners, it's officers, and/or employees harmless for any personal injury to him/herself or his agents, and/or any property damage incurred on Auction premises.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHEREIS, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Winning bidders will be charged within 4 days on credit card on file if no response to invoice or other contact.
All California sales will be taxed.
Buyer's Premium is 20% of winning auction amount.

The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and arranging for shipping and delivery with the seller.
