Daily operations and the real estate division are handled by Ron, Rod and Rich's granddaughter Amanda. His son Randy handles the firearms auctions while his daughter Robin serves as office manager. The company specializes in estate liquidations, handles on-site & gallery auctions and real estate auctions.
