B. Mark Rogers has been in the auction and real estate business since 1983. He has auctioneer and real estate broker licenses in several states and has conducted transactions in twelve states. Mark has earned the Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate (AARE), Certified-Auctioneer Institute (CAI), Graduate, REALTORS Institute (GRI) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. He is a past president of the Auctioneers Association of North Carolina and was inducted into its Hall of Fame. Mark is Past President of the National Auctioneers Association, and a life member. Mark served the North Carolina Association of Realtors as a Regional Vice President in the mid 90’s. Mark specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, live auctions, and online auctions of real estate, machinery and bankruptcy liquidations.
