Payment
Payment by cash, certified check, or wire transfer.
Buyer’s Premium: 10% buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of each lot.
Sales Tax: 6.75% sales tax applies to non-titled assets. If you are tax-exempt, we must have your valid tax exemption certificate on file.
Removal Requirements
Pickup Location: 321 E. Friendly Ave., Greensboro, NC
Dates & Times: June 25 & 26 | 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Buyers are responsible for all loading, equipment, and transportation. Full payment must be collected before removal. Items must be removed during the designated pickup window. No storage is available beyond the scheduled dates.
