INSPECTION: Dempsey Representatives will be at the Equipment location for inspections on Monday, July 13th, and Tuesday, July 21st, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please contact our office for scheduling and the location of the equipment.

ONLINE BIDDING: This auction will be conducted in an Online-Only format, BEGINNING ON  July 14 and ENDING ON July 22nd at 1:00 PM, allowing bidders to participate from anywhere with internet access. Contact our Office for exact details.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Equipment: All purchases shall be paid for in full on sale day by cash, credit/debit card, certified check, or personal/company check with bank letter guaranteeing payment to DEMPSEY AUCTION CO, for this specific auction.—NO EXCEPTIONS. A 13.5% Buyer’s Premium (3.5% cash/check discount) will be added to the final bid to determine the sales price.

SALES TAX: 7% Sales tax must be paid on the full purchase price (full purchase price consists of bid price plus buyer’s premium) unless you hold a valid sales tax exemption certificate and execute a sales tax exemption form or have a valid GATE card. Sales tax WILL NOT be collected on any farm items with a valid GATE Card.

VEHICLE TITLES: All vehicle titles will be sent by certified mail within 10 business days from sale date. Please inform the Bookkeepers how you would like your vehicle titled. Sales tax WILL NOT be collected on vehicle purchases; it will be paid at the time of tag application 

CHECK OUT: NO Purchases may be removed until the conclusion of the auction, and NO items may be removed without a PAID receipt. Checkout times will be on July 23rd from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All other times must be coordinated with the Auctioneer.
