1. Big Michigan brand 75A payloader. Waukesha gasoline engine serial number dates it to about 1960 (see photos for engine tag). This vintage powerhouse still runs and operates as it should! 

2. Early 1960's (62-64) Ford 2000 utility tractor. Three point hitch and runs as it should. Perfect for the small hobby farmer!

3. 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 plow truck. Powerful 5.2 liter V8 gasoline EFI engine, 4X4, equipped with 8 ft. Hiniker plow. Only 144,400 miles. Runs and operates plow as it should. 

4. Hustler FasTrack Model 927368 zero turn radius mower. 42" mowing deck with powerful Honda GXV530 engine. Runs and mows as it should.

TERMS OF SALE AND PAYMENT: Cash or check only (no credit cards) at conclusion of sale before removal of purchases. Bidders must register with valid picture ID and are required to use the number issued them when identifying themselves as the successful bidder. Absentee bidders can pre-register by calling auctioneer. 

 

Everything sells AS IS WHERE IS. Ownership transfers upon fall of hammer. Purchases must be removed day of sale or specific arrangements made with auctioneer. Should a dispute arise during the auction between bidders, Auctioneers records shall be conclusive and auctioneer shall use their best judgment in cases of disputed bids. In the case of post-auction disputed bidder tickets, the clerk's records shall be conclusive. If you are unsure of the hammer price, ask for it to be repeated before the clerk enters it into the record! 

 

This is a privately owned and operated auction and no transfer shall be recognized from one buyer to another (NO alley trading on auction site). It is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only and reserves the right to bid on behalf of proxy bidders, sellers or other secured parties. We accept absentee bids with 24 hours notice with an additional 5% service fee. Bids shall advance at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. If auctioneer determines that any bid is not reasonably commensurate with the value of an item being offered, he may reject the same and withdraw it from the auction on behalf of the seller.
