As members of the Realtor Association of Southern Minnesota Multiple listing service, our real estate brokerage, Pro-formance Realty, provides the option of conventional real estate sales and marketing in addition to real estate at auction. Handling all types of personal property auctions, our Kato Auction House facility in Mankato is available seasonally to multiple consignors, or we can conduct private party auctions at our seller’s site. Consignment space at Kato Auction House or dates for on-seller’s-site auctions are subject to availability.
