Matching Set of Officer's Pistols made in Oxford England in the 1840's by Fredrick R Beckhusen. These are 50 caliber percussion cap and ball gun (s). We mic'd the barrels and found the metal to be irregular in thickness, which speaks to their authenticity. The only maker's mark is on the metal above the stock and behind the hammer... reads only... "Beckhusen Oxford" We have not
