AuctionZip.com Inc. Auctioneer's User Agreement and Terms of Service

AuctionZip.com Inc. offers you the use and access to our services under the following terms. Use of the site implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. AuctionZip.com Inc. reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time by posting the amendment in the AuctionZip.com Auctioneer's Area and notifying the auctioneers by email.

1) Users Requirements

Users must be 18 years or older. If the state the user is doing business in requires an auctioneer's license, the listing must be posted by a legally licensed auctioneer or an agent thereof. If you are using the site as an agent of the auctioneer, you represent that you have the authority to act on the auctioneer's behalf. For the purposes of this agreement, Auctioneer will refer to any user whether an actual auctioneer or the auctioneer's agent.

2) Auctioneer's Contact Information

In consideration of use of the Services, Auctioneer agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about Auctioneer as prompted by the registration form; and (b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If any information provided by Auctioneer ("Registration Data") is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, AuctionZip.com Inc. has the right to terminate Auctioneer's account and refuse any and all current and/or future use of the Services.

3) Fees associated with services

Effective September 21, 2015, Auctioneers may post auction listings with unlimited photographs for $20 per listing on AuctionZip.com.

4) Privacy and protection of personal information

AuctionZip.com will not sell, rent or distribute your information to any third parties. However, due to the public nature of the site,any information given may be viewed freely by potential consumers. Auctioneers do have the right to hide their email address, but all other contact information will be displayed. AuctionZip.com Inc. is not responsible for re-use of this posted information by any third parties.

5) Liability for loss of service or errors

In no event shall AuctionZip.com Inc, its service providers, or employees be liable for damages or lost profits arising out of loss of service whether caused by technical or human error. AuctionZip.com Inc. expressly disclaims any liability for errors, omissions or changes regarding any information provided in any auction listing.

6) License to Access Auction Information

Auctioneers who provide a website link as part of their registration information give AuctionZip.com Inc and its employees the license to access auction information from said website and re-distribute auction information on AuctionZip.com. By registering with AuctionZip.com the auctioneer represents that they have the authority to authorize AuctionZip.com's use of this information regardless of any posted copyright notices. The Auctioneer will be responsible for verifying that any auction posted on AuctionZip.com is correct whether posted by the auctioneer or AuctionZip.com. AuctionZip.com Inc. disclaims any liability for errors, omissions, or changes regarding auction listings whether listed by the Auctioneer or AuctionZip.com Auctioneers may use AuctionZip.com without granting this license, by notifying AuctionZip.com in writing.
