Jeff and Melissa has been in the auction industry for 39 years selling everything from livestock to real estate. Jeff is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School in 1996 and the Certified Appraisers Guild of America that same year. He has been a licensed realtor since 2003. He is a member of the Nat.Auctioneer's Assoc., Ill.State Auctioneer's Asso., Nat. Assoc. of Realtors, Ill. Assoc. of Realtors, Quincy Assoc. of Realtors, Government relations committee for the Ill. board. He and his wife Melissa (also a Ill. licensed real estate broker), sell real estate,estates, antiques, collectibles, land, farm, online and benefits at auction. Jeff holds the AARE, BAS, AND CAI designations. Jeff has recently obtained his managing brokers license in Illinois allowing him to open his own real estate office, Cornerstone Auction & Realty, Inc.
