PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR AUCTION.
All of our items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no guarantees expressed or implied of any kind. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written material.
By bidding you are agreeing that you have read and accept all of our terms and conditions expressed and implied, and are entering a legal and binding contract.
Non-Paying bidders will be added to the NO BID LIST and will no longer be allowed to participate in our future auctions.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are no returns.
Keep in mind, all of the items in our auctions are in used condition unless otherwise stated. We have described these items to the best of our ability. Expect some wear, scratches, dents and dings and damage that cannot be seen in our pictures, so BUYER BEWARE and use your best judgement. All measurements listed are approximate. All stoneware and pottery items are not guaranteed to be perfect.

There will be a 12% buyer's premium (a portion of which goes to AuctionZip) added to items won online. There is no buyer's premium on items if they are purchased in person at our auction facility.
We will accept payment through Visa, Master Card, or wire transfer. Cash and personal checks will only be accepted if you are planning on picking up your items personally, and the checks will be ran through our check guarantee machine before items can be removed from our location. PayPal is not an accepted form of payment PERIOD.
If you have not submitted payment as of 4 days after receiving your invoice, you credit card may be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid on our items!! Items purchased will remain in our possession until payment is made in full.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again.
In the event of a tie between an online bidder and a floor bidder, the floor bid will take precedence. The auctioneer's decision will be binding and final.
The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
After the Auction
1. Winning bidders will receive an invoice for the PURCHASE PRICE of the items that you have won in our auction and other fees that apply: (buyer's premium, shipping & handling, etc.).
2. Payment must be made within a week of the end of the auction. As stated earlier your credit card may be charged after 4 days of receiving your invoice if you have not already paid.
3. If you wish to pick up your items in person you must let us know within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Items must be picked up within 1 week of the end of the auction.
4. If you wish your items to be shipped, there will be a shipping and handling fee added to your invoice. Please allow 1 week to ship your items.
Knowles Auction reserves the right to end, stop, or cancel the auction at any time if necessary.
Seller and Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means, therefore they cannot guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service as the website could be interfered with by means out of their control. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning.
The Seller, Broker, Auctioneer and their representatives, attorneys, agents, and sub-agents, assume no liability for errors or omissions in this or any other property listing or advertising or promotional/publicity statements and material. The Seller, Broker, Auctioneer and their representatives, attorneys, agents and sub-agents, make no guarantee as to the accuracy of the information herein contained or in any other property listing or advertising or promotional/publicity statements and material.

To economize we will pack multiple items of similar size and type together if possible. Please allow 1 week from receipt of payment for shipping.
All stoneware and pottery items are not guaranteed to be perfect. Knowles Auction Service and its employees will not be held responsible for stoneware or pottery items being broken in the shipping process.
