Winchester Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle Manufactured in 1883 as a third model. It has dovetailed blade front, elevation adjustable rear and tang peep sights, a barrel marked with the two-line address/patent dates information and "32-CAL," a cartridge elevator marked "32 CAL," and a solid crescent buttplate. "CH" and "641" stamped on left side of lower tang which matches the buttstock number "641" and buttplate number "641". Manufacturer: Winchester Model: 1873 BBL: 24 inch octagon Stock: walnut Gauge: 32 WCF Finish: blue/casehardened Grips: Serial Number: 133876A Class: Antique Condition: Fine. The barrel retains 80% blue finish and 40% possibly factory refinished case colors on the receiver. There are a few patches of deep pitting on the lever. The wood has some minor pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
