Conditions of Sale
Pickup is preferred. Pickup is Saturday February 7th, 10am-5pm. Special pickup times are available for the shed and other very large items that may need extra equipment or time consuming to move.
Sold As Is
Per your inspection all items are sold as is where is with no guarantees expressed written or implied. We will describe any damage to the best of our abilities. Photos are major part of description.
Payment
Payment accepted by credit card BEFORE pickup. After auction you will be sent an invoice, please click the "Submit Payment" button to pay with credit card. We reserve the right to charge your credit card on the 2nd day after auction.
Shipping & Local Pickup Terms

Bring your own boxes and packing material.
Furniture will not be shipped.
If you prefer shipping, handling charge of $10 plus packing supplies and actual shipping will be charged.
If you buy multiple small items you will be charged a small combined handling fee. If you buy multiple fragile items the handling charge will be higher. We will be as fair as possible. If items are of high value, or if you prefer, we will have them professionally packed and shipped through UPS.
We prefer local pickup but understand that may not be possible for all bidders.
Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged.
