It comes from, we guess, the 1950's, from a Hawaiian bar named "Doc's Place Town & Country", with a playful illustration on the front cover of musicians and dancers. Inside, there's an illustration menu of tropical drinks, and a smaller inset of same stapled inside. Whoever had this wrote reviews of the drinks, as well as, apparently, naming certain drinks after people, or labeling them as who would drink them. This person may have been from Canada, as they wrote under the sign on the front cover "Toronto Canada." The back cover is a regular copy menu of more standard drinks. Condition: Fair, some stain damage (spilled drink?), and the writing on it
