Conditions of Sale
TEG Auctions describes all items to the best of our ability/knowledge and we note any significant flaws beyond normal wear that are detected on our inspection in the description of the auction lot, we upload high resolution photographs for zoom in capability and your inspection. Therefore, all sales are final, no returns are allowed, all lots are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. By registering to bid or placing a bid in this auction you agree to accept all terms of this sale and to not challenge any terms of this sale, you also unconditionally agree that you will not file or pursue any form of credit/debit card or other payment service (PayPal or Venmo etc) chargeback or dispute for any reason. We use in-house and a third party packing and shipping service (solely at the discretion of TEG Auctions) and you agree that packing and shipping services are not part of your purchase in this auction and that you are responsible to make payment to the shipper for their services. As a bidder in this auction you unconditionally promise to pay for all merchandise and logistical services related to the distribution and delivery of your items won in this auction. You acknowledge and consent to have you credit/debit card on file charged for your amounts due if you have not made payment in full on your invoice by the fourth day following the close of the auction. If payment is not received or if your payment attempt has failed and not been made in full by the 4th day following the end of this auction, a non-paying bidder dispute will be filed against you with the auction service you had registered with and bid through.
Local pick up of merchandise won is encouraged However all local pick up is by appointment only and is scheduled by appointment. Please note your appointment can be scheduled With TEG Auctions only after the payment is made on your TEG Auction invoice.
Transportation, packing and shipping services are available for merchandise won in this auction and fees for these services will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay before these services are rendered, logistical services may be performed by TEG Auctions and/or a third party shipper solely at the discretion of TEG Auctions.
**All items won in this auction must be either picked up in the designated location by the buyer, the buyer's representative during the designated pick up day and time or shipped out by the third party shipper. If any merchandise is remaining on the auction premises or shipping is not established and paid for by 15 days after the end of this auction, the items are considered to be abandoned and rights of ownership are forfeited by the buyer with title to the merchandise returning to TEG Auctions without refund or restitution to the buyer of any kind for the merchandise forfeited.

If shipping services are needed your items may be shipped by the UPS store of Douglassville, PA. (610-385-3500) for this sale, by TEG Auctions or by a shipping service of choice that you set up the shipping through.
Buyer's Premium
TEG Auctions will add a buyer's premium equal to 15% of the final sale (hammer) price of your items won to your invoice for payment. The online auction hosting service (Invaluable, Auctionzipauctions) will add a premium in the amount of 9% of the final sale/hammer price for their services in hosting this auction and to cover payment transaction processing costs.
Buyer's Premium
TEG Auctions will add a buyer's premium equal to 15% of the final sale (hammer) price of your items won to your invoice for payment. The online auction hosting service (Invaluable, Auctionzipauctions) will add a premium in the amount of 9% of the final sale/hammer price for their services and transaction processing in hosting this auction.
Payment Terms
** For PA residents only, If you are a reseller in Pennsylvania you must supply us with a copy of your PA tax reseller's certificate before the last day of the auction or sales tax will be added to your invoice and cannot be removed after your invoice is generated which is right after the last lot closes in this sale! NO EXCEPTIONS!
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Debit cards. Payments trough your Invaluable or Auctionzipauctions invoice. We do not take credit card payments over the phone.

***Local Pick up for items won in this auction is only on Friday August 27, 2021 between the hours of 11am and 7pm by scheduled appointment. any items that are not picked up that day will be sent with UPS for shipping. To be fair to all, appointment times for your pickup are scheduled only for those who have paid their invoices and time slots are assigned on a first contact, first served basis. Further instructions will be on your invoice following the close of the auction. The pickup location for this auction is at a private residence in Spring City, PA .
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected on all items shipped to or picked up locally in Pennsylvania unless you execute a state sales tax exemption certificate and maintain it on file with TEG Auctions and The Estate Gallery LLC. before the end of the auction and before your invoice is generated NO EXCEPTIONS.
