Exceptional Double Signed "VANDERSMISSENG/DEWIL" Master Engraved Browning Olympian Grade Bolt Action Rifle in 300 H&H Magnum with Scope Manufactured in 1961 in Belgium, this rifle features a blue barrel manufactured without sights and French grey finish on the receiver and other major components. A one-piece Bausch & Lomb base is fitted to the receiver, with a Redfield 1" Tube 3-9x scope. Deep cut scroll engraving is present over much of the surface of the receiver, trigger guard and floorplate, with the left side of the receiver ring decorated with a moose passing through tall grass, the right side showing a bugling elk near a woodland clearing, a standing bear amid scrubland with a plateau in the background on the floorplate, and a wildcat head on the trigger guard. Two signatures are present, with "VANDERSMISSENG" on the right side of the receiver ring (partially concealed by the stock), and "DEWIL" on the trigger guard below the bear. Fitted with a checkered extra-fancy walnut stock, with contrasting hardwood tip and grip cap, scroll accents in and around the forearm and pistol grip checkering, an unmarked golden inscription panel on the grip, raised comb and cheekpiece, sling swivel studs and a vented Browning buttplate.
