PICK-UP will be on Thursday July 30 from 4-6 at the address provided on your invoice. If this time is not convenient, call 814-749-8556 to arrange a different time. WE CANNOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS ON LOCATION. Either pay by card prior to arrival or bring cash or check. 4% will be charged for credit card use.
AFTER THE AUCTION: Successful bidders will receive a winning bid confirmation immediately following the auction. A final invoice will be sent 1-2 days after the auction which includes payment details. Payment is expected within 4 days of receiving a final invoice. If payment is not received, your card will be charged for the item won. If a buyer does not pay, if the auction company is forced to run a card or buyer does not pick up winning item, Marathon Auction Services will not refund the purchase for any reason.
Internet Premium: 10.00%
Pennsylvania Sales Tax : 6% - Sales tax applied to Hammer Price.
4% fee for credit card applies.
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval.
AS-IS WHERE-IS; All items are offered on an as-is, where-is basis without any warranties or guarantees of any kind.
BIDDING: By bidding on items, bidder acknowledges that they have inspected the items, or have chosen to bid without inspection of items and assume all responsibilities in bidding
BUYERS PREMIUM: There is a 10% buyers premium attached to the purchase price of all winning bids. FOR EXAMPLE; A winning bid of $100 will include a buyers premium of $10. This means the final purchase price is $110
Any checks returned for non sufficient funds are subject to a $30 fee plus any and all legal fees incurred by the company.
Buyer agrees to hold harmless the auctioneer, their employees and owners from any and all claims including loss, injury or liability. During pick up of items, buyer acknowledges that they are entering the location at their own risk.
Shipping Terms

Shipping Instructions: We use USPS only for our mailing services. All items will be shipped to the address on the invoice. Contact us ASAP if there is a different address. We will also combine multiple purchases in the same package WHEN POSSIBLE. Buyer pays all shipping cost plus $3.00 handling PER LOT. All packages will have insurance added automatically at the buyers expense. A low bid DOES NOT mean shipping costs will be any less. Shipping costs are based on weight and size of package. If you are not prepared to pay for shipping, do not bid. PLEASE NOTE ** WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES AND REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED. You must file a claim through the postal service.
