Conditions of Sale

All items are sold AS-IS and will have a buyers premium added onto the winning bid. If paying by personal check we will hold item until check clears the bank. Refunds will only be issued on items that did not arrive to its destination after the insurance has settled with the auction company. You must notify the auction company personally by phone that the package did not arrive within 30 days of the shipment .

We pay option

You can pay for items won at auction by the secure We pay option, if items have not been paid for by 4 days after close of auction the auction company will process the credit card with wepay. (If you pay by credit card you are authorizing us to charge your card for your online purchase).

Although information on items deemed accurate the auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.

Payment

If you are the winning bidder it is your responsibility to make payment arrangements for the items. If you are the winning bidder you can pay online by the Wepay option. If you have not paid for your auction items that have been invoiced to you, the auction company on the 4th day after the close of auction will process the credit card through the wepay option.

shipping

Packing & Shipping will be 100% buyers financial responsibility. We will included a shipping quote on the invoice for items shipped in the United States on your invoice. All boxes shipped will have tracking and will be insured. If the item arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days and we can start the claims process. We will pay out on the claim once the shipper has paid us.Please be patient during the shipping process while we sort and get the items ready to be shipped, We try to make sure to put all your items together in one package if possible. If you pay for items/shipping by check we will hold items to be shipped until the check clears the bank. If you you would like to pick up your items please call and make arrangements all items left at the auction company that are not picked up after 60 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of the auction company, unless prior arrangement have been made with the auction company to pick up the items .If winning bidder does not contact auction company within 2 weeks after the auction to arrange for shipping of items paid for on the online auction we will presume said bidder is abandoning there items and will not be refunded for the winning lots that they bid on and won in the online auction. The lots will then become the property of the auction company to dispose of as they see fit for the items.
