Winning bids charged 10% buyers premium.

Winning bids may pay via credit card or cash at time of clean out of the units

All units will be charged $100 clean out fee deposit .. refunded when unit is deemed clean.

Units must be clean, dumpster is NOT available on premise.

A Fortress Store and Lock will provide mattress removal for $10 per mattress

BUYERS PREMIUM

10% Buyers premium will be charged per unit won. (no buyers premium on clean out deposit)
