All items are sold as is. Eagle Lake Auctioneers does not make any warranties, guarantees, or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the items or the correctness of any description of the authenticity of provenance, exhibitions, or historical relevance of any items. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed to be such a guarantee, warranty, or representation. Eagle Lake Auctioneers shall have no responsibility for any error or omission and we make no representation or warranty as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights in any property. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before sale and the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. If an article sold cannot be delivered by reason of theft, breakage, or other damage prior to shipment, the sale shall be deemed canceled without any liability on the part of Eagle Lake Auctioneers. All sales are final and placing a bid is legally binding, so prospective bidders should contact us with any questions before bidding. Eagle Lake Auctioneers does not accept returns or exchanges. Bidding in our auction constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions.
Item Conditions & Photos
We do our best to give accurate descriptions of all items and all photos in our catalogs are of the actual items. Bidders should contact Eagle Lake Auctioneers with any questions before bidding.
Payment After Auction Conclusion
Eagle Lake Auctioneers will send each winning bidder an invoice for the total cost, including shipping charges, after the conclusion of an auction. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal and checks are not accepted.
Shipping Terms
Eagle Lake Auctioneers ships all items we sell in our auctions, and we add shipping charges to invoices before they are sent. For bidders who win multiple items, we will ship items together to reduce shipping costs (whenever possible). All transactions must be complete and payment must be made before property is shipped. Shipping times will vary; please allow time for us to package and ship your items before contacting us with a shipping status inquiry.
