All purchases must be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction or upon receipt of invoice for successful online purchases.We accept Checks and Money orders. Certified funds or wire transfer may be required for certain purchases. Only collected funds will be sufficient to release online purchases to buyers. Bidder's credit cards may be charged 2 days after an invoice has been sent.Items may be picked up at Nathan Auction & Real Estate Inc. or shipped at the purchaser's expense.

Any item purchased online that requires shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We can recommend local shippers and assist with this process.
state tax info
Purchases are subject to each buyer's state Sales Tax unless you provide a State Tax exemption ID number.
