The Collector (2009) - Wire Cutters
These are real metal screen used wire cutters that were used when the daughter was tied up to the stairs and Arkin grabbed these to cut her loose. This was the only pair used on set as the budget was smaller and there are specks of blood as the character's hand had blood on it.
