The left side of the slide marked with a Walther banner followed by a 2-line address that includes the caliber ".22 LR". Thumb safety with red dotted fire position, fully adjustable target rear sight. Bbl hood is polished in-the-white, proofed with the modern Eagle/N along with the year "62". Frame with a checkered push button mag release. Left side marked "Made in West Germany". Full SN on the right frame in front of grip. Fitted with brown mottled plastic checkered panels secured with two transverse screws. The left grip has a thumb rest. Markings from the inside of each grip diamond have been neatly removed, often the case when Manurhin grips were factory fitted to Walther pistols. Two correct unmarked mags each fitted with a curved base extension to match the grip. Presented in a factory Walther case covered in black textured leatherette. Silk lined lid, a deep maroon with a silver Walther banner. Velvet lined base partitioned for pistol and spare mag with a corded border. Secured with a pair of spring loaded chromed locks. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Pistol is virtually new with just the most minute wear on the bbl. There is no discernible wear on the slide, frame or any of the small parts. Same exemplary condition applies to the grips (except where the markings were removed) and the mags. Please allow 14-21 days from the time your payment has cleared for your purchases to ship. Items paid for by personal or business check will be held for 10 days before being released to the shipping department.
We may refuse to insure or ship items we deem too fragile or a shipping risk. We are not responsible for damage to picture frames in shipping.
