Conditions of Sale
All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Property is open to thorough public inspection prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Clark's may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Clark's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Absolutely no credit card charge-backs will be allowed for any reason.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Clark's shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.
SHIPPING COSTS & ARRANGEMENTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING BIDDER.

Once your payment has been made, Clark's will make your items available for pick up by the Postal Annex.
Arrangements for shipping must be made within one week of the end of the auction or Clark's may charge a $25.00 per week per lot STORAGE FEE unless prior arrangements have been made directly with Clark's

DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF ITEMS SELLING TO ON-LINE BIDDERS PLEASE ALLOW UP TO ten (10) DAYS FROM AUCTION DATE FOR SHIPPING.
All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. All items being picked up at our location or shipped to within CA state will be charged CA state sales tax unless you have supplied Clark's with a valid re-sale permit. ALL INTERNATIONAL bidders PayPal is the preferred method, Items will not be shipped until all payments are confirmed and have been verified by the bank.
Buyers Premium
There will be a buyers premium of a total of 20% added to all purchases unless the item sells for more than $7000 in which case the premium drops to 15%. On all online invoices there will be a 20% Buyers Premium charged by Clark's and an additional 5% convenience "live" fee charged by Invaluable/AuctionZip.

ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDOND IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 20 DAYS and will be considered the property of Clark's unless prior arrangements have been made and no refunds for those abandoned items will be made. Storage charges of $25 per lot per week may apply for items left more than 10 days following the auction.
California Residents
All CA residents will be charged tax unless you supply Clark's with a valid re-sale permit.
