STATEMENTS MADE DAY OF SALE TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ALL PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN MATERIAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH OUT ANY GUARANTEE. All trays and displays are property of the auction company and are not included in the lot unless otherwise noted. All weights and sizes are approximate. Local bidding on furniture is encouraged as shipping of large items is costly and is to be arranged for by the buyer. The auction company does not ship large items.

All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS with NO GUARANTEE. The seller and auction company do no warrant the authenticity or condition of any items. Descriptive references contained in any document or used by any person in describing the items being sold are used for convenience only. ALL SALES FINAL! NO REFUNDS! NO RETURNS!

Payment

Payment is due immediately following the close of the auction.

Shipping Terms

All shipping costs are to be paid by buyer. Auction company will ship (at additional cost) any items that fit in a padded envelope or USPS priority mail box. Shipping costs for qualifying items will be added to the invoice.

All other items will be delivered to the UPS Store in Thorndale PA for shipping and packaging. Buyer pays all shipping cost and all shipping is handled through the Thorndale UPS Store. Please call the UPS Store at 610-518-5010 or email store3093@theupsstore.com for all shipping inquiries before the auction. Shipping arrangements are between the successful bidder and said shipping company and payment for shipping shall be made by buyer directly to shipping company.

Smith Auction Co. will not be liable for any damage which occurs during the shipping process. All items must be paid for before they are shipped.

Sales Tax

PA Sales Tax of 6% will be charged unless a valid PA Tax Exemption form is provided prior to bidding or unless the item(s) are shipped out of state.
