Based on a serial number search in Bower's Encyclopedia, this appears to be a Style 129 Reginaphone. This machine in its oak cabinet has its original finish and is slightly alligatored throughout as well as a few minor nicks and scrapes here and there and in overall good original condition. In addition there is a metal dealer tag attached to the front of the cabinet. See photos. This unique mechanism plays a 12-1/4" D Regina music box disc. The music box portion of this machine has a single comb long bed plate mechanism which is in overall good condition. The comb has no visible broken teeth or tips and has some very minor surface rust. Runs, starts and stops as it should, plays well and sounds good. Included are 8, 12-1/4" discs The phonograph portion of this machine has its original reproducer, tone arm, and support bracket as well as its original 10" cast iron turntable. All in overall good condition. Has its original winding crank. The phonograph portion of this machine also winds, runs and plays. Also included is a 23" L oak "brisket" style spear point horn. The horn has its original finish and is slightly alligatored throughout with no noticeable chips or cracks. The coupler at the small end is nice and tight. The horn is a bit dry and dirty but in overall good condition. Cabinet measures 17" X 15-1/2" X 11" T. A good example of a hard to find machine from the Wayne Wolf Collection.
