Payment Conditions

All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Discover Card. Your credit card designated upon registration will be automatically charged for your purchases, plus buyers premium, and applicable taxes following the auction. Please note that shipping will be billed separately.

Shipping Terms

PLEASE BE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON YOUR ACCOUNT IS CORRECT PRIOR TO BIDDING. JAMES PETERSON COMPANY, LLC WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE ACCOUNT!!


We will be shipping items using USPS. Items will be shipped 5-15 business days following payment of your items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and a $5.00 processing fee. When the item is shipped your card on file with us will be charged for the amount of shipping and processing fee. Once the item is shipped the USPS then takes responsibility for the item and you must contact them.

Any purchase totaling over $3,000 will have free shipping and insurance!
