The books are nicely illustrated and include the following; Vol I copyright 1934, printed 1936, Vol II copyright 1934, printed 1935, Vol III copyright 1935, printed 1937 and Vol IV copyright 1935, printed 1937. This monumental study of Robert E. Lee is bound in publisher's red cloth. The books are in vintage condition. All pages appear to be bound. The books have gilt in stamped letters and geometric design on front board and spine with darkening on spine. Please see photos for details.
