Conditions of Sale

All sales are final. All Items are sold as is where is. Items will only be refunded in the event that they get damaged in shipping. All lots will be automatically charged to credit card on file 24 hours after the end of the auction unless other payment method has been requested. You will receive two invoices, the first will be for the auction total value and the second will be for shipping and handling. If you have questions about authenticity of an item for auction please ask before bidding.

All items sold are as stated in the listing. All items will come with an individual certificate of authenticity stating the exact nature of the item purchased. Hanlin's Auction Service stands by all claims made on said certificate. The certifcates will be signed by Robert Kurtzman and the owner of Hanlin's

Shipping Terms

You will be charged actual shipping charges from selected carrier, usually USPS, unless customer requests otherwise. The shipping will be calculated based on the address you have on file when you signed up for the auction. Shipping will include insurance for the amount of your purchase and adult signature confirmation. Your item(s) will be shipped out within 30 business days of shipping payment. Some large or oversized or delicate may require may the buyer to contact their own online shipper. There will be a $25 Packing and Handling fee for each lot won.
