Conditions of Sale

All property is sold in "as is" condition and all sales are final. All electric items are not tested unless specifically noted. All measurements are Height x Length x Depth. All descriptions, estimates, condition reports and photos are provided as a courtesy and Regency Auction House LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid and shall advance the bid at his/her sole discretion. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has absolute discretion to determine the successful buyer or to re-sell the disputed lot Absentee, telephone, and Internet bidding is offered as a convenience to our customers.

Regency Auction House LLC cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions resulting in failure to execute your absentee and/or telephone bids. The purchase price of each lot shall be the amount of the successful bid plus a twenty five percent (25%) buyer's premium. Unless exempt by law, all purchases, including buyer's premium, are subject to all state and local taxes applicable at the time of payment. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Payments will be accepted by cash, check, wire transfer (25$ Fee) or credit card (Visa, Discover and Mastercard). Property purchased during the auction may not be removed until the full purchase price, including buyer's premium and all applicable taxes, have been paid. The purchaser agrees to pay Regency Auction House LLC a handling charge of $35 for any check returned for insufficient funds. Any invoices not paid in full within twenty (20) days after the auction may be cancelled and the sale rescinded without further notice to the purchaser. Regency Auction House LLC does not ship and has no responsibility regarding the shipping of item(s) purchased. A list of shippers can be provided strictly as a courtesy and it is the buyers responsibility to arrange shipping of all items purchased.

THE PURCHASER MUST PAY FOR AND REMOVE or SCHEDULE THE REMOVAL OF ALL PROPERTY FROM THE AUCTION HOUSE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.

Buyer's Premium

The purchase price of each lot shall be the amount of the successful bid plus a twenty five percent (25%) buyer's premium. Unless exempt by law, all purchases, including buyer's premium, are subject to all state and local taxes applicable at the time of payment.

Condition

All condition reports and photos are provided as a courtesy and Regency Auction House LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions. Bidder inspection is encouraged. Powered or electrified items have not been tested unless otherwise stated as working. All measurements are Height x Width x Depth. Artwork is not reviewed out of it's framing unless stated as such.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Any and all permits needed for shipment of purchased auction items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Payment for all items is due upon the completion of the auction.

Shipping Terms

All buyers shall arrange to take control and pick up the item(s) purchased within 10 business days or shall ship the item(s) through a shipping professional of their choice. ALL items not removed from or scheduled for pickup 10 business days after completion of the sale will be packaged and moved to a third party storage and shipment site. All items must then be paid for to Regency Auction House LLC before DAKS Global will be able to release or deliver your items. We have no affiliation with DAKS Global.

ALL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS

We DO NOT ship. Regency Auction House will open for pick-up Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Purchases will be available for pickup at our building, located at 419 Franklin Ave, Rockaway, NJ 07866, through 5 business days following the completion of the auction. ALL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Please call ahead to make arrangements for pickup.

All merchandise not removed from the auction gallery follwoing said Ten business days after completion of the sale will be released to a third-party storage and shipping company, DAKS Global(tel: 484.879.6678, email: [email protected]) in Phoenixville, PA (Unit K 1110 122 Mill RD 19460) and moved to their warehouse facility without further notice to the buyer. An initial 25$ charge, per invoice, will be assessed to the buyer by DAKS to have your item(s) packaged and picked up.From that point forward, DAKS will coordinate all shipping, delivery and collection arrangements. All shipping and handling costs will be handled through and paid to DAKS. Regency Auction House has no business relationship with DAKS and is not responsible for item(s) once they are removed from our location.

DAKS will store merchandise free of charge for a period of up to three business days. After that period, a daily storage charge of $5 per lot/day will commence regardless of lot size or value. In order to pick up your items from DAKS you will need to give them 24 hours notice. You can contact DAKS prior to any sale to request a shipping and delivery quote.

Alternatively, you may contact the local UPS Store (Rockaway, NJ) at [email protected] for the shipment of smaller items. Once your items are paid for, we will release them for pickup and shipment.
