Auction Terms & Conditions

Items are available for viewing online & in-house at least one week prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Gold Coast Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event Gold Coast Auctioneers shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinant factor. Gold Coast Auctioneers shall endeavor to describe or photograph in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.

All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, Bank transfer and Certified Check. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. NY state will be charged NY state sales tax unless you have supplied Gold Coast Auctioneers with a valid re-sale permit.

NOTE!!! Invoices must be paid within 72 hours or receipt. All purchased items must be collected within ten (10) business days of receipt of payment. Items not collected within this period are subjected to a storage fee of $15.00 per lot per day for small to medium items; larger items will be charged at a rate of $35 per lot per day. We cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss. If the purchased property is not removed within 30 days of the sale, we may, at our sole discretion, consider that property abandoned and charge commissions on the sale, after reimbursement for storage.

They relied solely on their own inspection and not on any information provided in the catalog or by the Auctioneer, Auction staff, or Seller. 3. All weights, counts, and measurements are approximate. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain all possible information prior to bidding. If you are not completely satisfied with an item before bidding, DO NOT BID. All bids are considered final and binding. You are welcome to provide pre-paid shipping labels from the carrier of your choice; a packing fee will be applicable. For any shipping specifics, please contact us within 3 business days; otherwise, the invoice will be shipped via our services.
