Contract: Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding

Condition
Condition: All merchandise is sold "as is, where is." Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain the condition and authenticity of an item before bidding. If there is any question, the buyer must ask auctioneer within 48hrs prior to the auction. Once an item is sold, The winning bidder becomes the owner of the item immediately at the close of the bid.
Payment
Payment: Payment is due immediately. Payment methods include cash, money order, cashier's check or check with a bank letter of credit or approved by auctioneer, Visa, MasterCard, or wire transfer(wire fees at the buyer's expense). Payment must be received within 4 days after the sale. a credit card may be charged after 2 days of sending an invoice.
Tax Exempt Documents can be sent directly to Invaluable at payments@invaluable.com along with your registered bidder's email address
Shipping Terms
***we do not arrange shipping**** buyer is responsible for all shipping and pick up charges and arrangements. we will ready the winnings for pick up on a pallet and shrink wrap.

A pallet storage fee of $50 (each pallet) per week will be applied to all merchandise that is not retrieved within 10 days of the sale closing
Sales Tax
NJ sales tax in the amount of 6.625% will be charged on all purchases or you can submit in advance a valid resale tax certificate to the auctioneer.
