Terms and Conditions
Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Heroes and Legends auctions. By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.
Bidding
Each participant who has been approved to bid must purchase all winning lots.
Please note a bid is a legal binding contract and all sales are final. If you are unsure of a lot condition, size or provenance do not bid. All winning lots MUST be paid for in 3 business days from the close of auction. All lots left after that will be subject to proper disposal by the auction house. Please email us for any information.
Shipping Terms
We ship worldwide. Buyer pays for shipping, customs and duty. At the end of the auction, we will calculate shipping and add it to your final invoice. If you win multiple items, we will combine shipping. Heroes and Legends packs each item with a professional care using the safest materials.
Buyer's Premium
Taxes
The winning bidder will pay all applicable taxes. and buyer premiums
Condition
All lots are sold as-is and as pictured with all flaws. Bidders should contact us for condition reports. If a purchase is defective or damaged, you will get a full refund or replacement item with a similar value of your choice if it was Heroes and Legends mistake. Prior to returning an item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization from one of our representatives.
