Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval
Payment Options: We are using the Invaluable/Auctionzip WePay application.

We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash (if picking up).

Payment Instructions: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For items purchased online, you will be emailed an invoice within 72 hours after the auction. All payments for lots won are due within 4 days of the auctions close. If you do not receive an invoice via email, it is your responsibility to contact us by emailing us at [email protected]. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property.

Returns/Refunds: All sales are FINAL. No Returns or refunds for any reason, while we try to be as accurate as possible stating conditions, grading is subjective. It's up to you to ask for more photos before the auction and ensure you are comfortable. Any really serious issues we try to mention, but there are 1000+ lots, and we are human! Suffice to say - ask before you bid! Do not place any bids without being comfortable with conditions. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

International Purchases: Buyer will be responsible for all duties, tax, and shipping costs. Buyer will be held responsible for any International package lost in transit, delayed, or held in CUSTOMS.

Shipping Terms

All shipping arrangements will be handled by National Artifacts.
Shipping & Handling Fees will be included on your invoice.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for invoice processing and shipping. Shipping is usually much faster, but peak times may experience a delay. If you call us a week, or even 2 weeks after paying you'll just get that answer, so again please be patient. We try to get things out quickly but with over 1000 lots you can imagine it takes time to sort things out and make sure that your package is handled with the best care possible!
