Conditions of Sale
This BIDDER CONTRACT is between the BIDDER and Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC. BIDDER agrees that the terms listed below set out specific and complete rules of auction and agree that it is their responsibility to obtain and read these rules prior to bidding on any items, and will be legally bound by these rules if they should bid on or purchase any item at this auction. These rules govern this auction and future auctions, and that he/she agrees with them. Additional terms may be posted or announced from the auction block, which are just as binding. We do not give Refunds under any condition, you are responsible when you bid on a item. If you are unsure DO NOT BID.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY: I agree that it is my responsibility to inspect each item, ask questions or additional pictures 48 hours prior to auction start time before bidding, and acknowledge that these terms are used and Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC has made no guarantees or warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the condition of these items or authenticity. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS! Any registration and/or bid place by you guaranteed you have read and will abide our Term and Conditions of the sale. After a BIDDER has won the bid with his/her high bid, they have become the new owners of the item, even though they may not have paid for the item yet. The item's becomes the full and sole responsibility of the buyer at this point, and buyer assumes all risks of loss and damage. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND. If any disputes arise after the sale, the Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC sale record is final and conclusive.
Condition Information: It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain all possible information prior to bidding. If you are not completely satisfied with an item before you bid, DO NOT BID. All items are sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with any and all faults. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only a opinion & should not be treated as a statement of fact. Seminole Estate Auction shall have no responsibility for error or omission. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUSALS. Your bid signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire, or that you have chosen not to examine the item.
Terms of Guarantee: Each lot will be sold as is, where is with all defects & faults. NO warranties or guarantees of any kind will be given by Seller or Seminole Estate Auction including any warranty of fitness, merchantability or suitably. Bidders should whenever possible carefully inspect each lot to determine condition and contests. Bidders acknowledges that all lots were available for inspection prior to Auction and that he or she replied solely on their own inspections of the lots and not on any information provided by Seminole Estate Auction. It is the responsibility of the buyer to obtain all possible information prior to bidding. If you are not completely satisfied with an item before you bid, DO NOT BID.
INJURY, AND DAMAGE: BIDDER acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, bidder's guest, or his agent, and further agrees to hold Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC from any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. I release Seminole Estate Auction and the SELLER from any and all liability connected with the removal and transportation of my purchases and any and all future used for the merchandise purchased here today.
FULL PAYMENT: I agree to pay for my purchases and state that I have funds necessary for such payment. If amount is over $1000.00 we require ACH payment. Complete payment is due on date of sale with approved credit cards, approved checks (Florida w/Florida Driver's License) and PayPal. I also agree that if I purchase items and pay with a debit or credit cards that I will not charge back. Due to numerous Chargebacks or Fraud if you do not have a relationship with SEA we will need another form of payment to insure you are in fact the person. We require bank wires or zelle payments, if you insist on credit card we will require copy of photo id, credit card to verify you are in fact this individual. Sorry, this is in effect immediately. All items must be paid in full before item is shipped. No items will be removed from the premises until payment is made in full. If I fail to pay for any or all of my purchases, for whatever reasons, including sufficient check or a stopped check, RETURNED CHECK POLICY: I will reimburse Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC three (3) times the amount of any returned check. I understand Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC can initiate legal action against me for non-payment or Seminole Estate Auction & Liq LLC can initiate legal action against me for the difference in my final bid and the new selling price. Any disputes that may arise from this contract or auction will be resolved in whatever County auction is conducted.
NOTE: Credit Card will be charged 2 days after invoice is submitted to you.
BUYERS PREMIUM: 23% will be added to all items purchase at this auction.
All Firearms will only be shipped to FFL Dealers of your choice.
International Bidders only payment accepted will be wire transfers and you will be responsible to service charge in making this payment. We no longer accept online payments for international bidders.
Shipping Terms
Shipping: **PLEASE READ THIS AREA - IF WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS WILL BE MAILED FROM UPS STORE. Items purchased at auction will be shipped within a week of payment. Items purchased at auction will incur a separate shipping charge which will be included on your invoice if possible. This charge will reflect a small charge between $15.00 per box for processing plus applicable charges from shipping company for item to be sent via USPS. All lots won online will be subject to insurance charge in addition to shipping & handling charges. If we are unable to determine shipping charge after auction items will be invoiced accordingly then you will get a separate email to pay shipping charge separately. Once shipping is paid either via paypal or zelle we will ship your items & send you confirmation number. We are not responsible for items in shipping. We are not responsible for International Shipping. Items outside the USA will be responsiblity of the buyers. We will gladly file claims with carrier but are not obligated if denied to reimburse the item. We do not refund shipping charges. If we are unable to package your item you will incur separate charge from UPS Store packing facility. We are not responsible for items sent through third party shipper.
