This lot features a pair of 1964 US Kennedy silver half dollars, comprising one specimen from the Philadelphia Mint and one from the Denver Mint. These coins represent the first year of issue for the series and are struck in 90% silver. The Denver issue is identified by the D mint mark located on the reverse. The coins are presented in a vertical blue acrylic screw-down memorial holder featuring gold-stamped lettering. Inscriptions on the holder include the mint names, the name John F. Kennedy, and a quote from his inaugural address. Both coins exhibit original mint luster and have not been submitted to a third-party grading service.
