Six 1963 U.S. $2 Red Seal Legal Tender Notes, each bearing consecutive serial numbers A11774315A through A11774320A. The obverse features the portrait of Thomas Jefferson at center with red Treasury seal and serial numbers, inscribed "United States Note" and "This Note is Legal Tender for All Debts, Public and Private." The reverse depicts the Monticello, Jefferson's Virginia estate, surrounded by ornate green scrollwork. These consecutively numbered notes represent a desirable collector grouping from the last series of red seal $2 bills issued before the 1976 redesign. Crisp uncirculated to choice uncirculated condition, preserved in clear protective sleeves.
