Payment due upon close of Auction. All sales are final and items are to be picked up by the buyer or buyers agent upon receipt of payment. Items are described and conditions are noted to the best of the auctioneer's ability. Dimensions are recorded as (Width x Depth x Height). Please review photographs carefully to show you the item(s)you are purchasing.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Check or Wire Transfer.

All items are sold as is, where is, with inspection of the item being the responsibility of the bidder. Please be aware that your bid is a contract that is to be honored by both parties.

Shipping Terms

M G Neely Auction is happy to assist in packing and shipping your items. A shipping estimate will be included on your winning invoice for most items. Larger, more delicate items and international shipments may need to be arranged with a third party.

Shipping, packing & insurance is at the expense of the buyer. We will assist you in your shipping arrangements for large items & handle some packing and specialized boxing in house- Please email [email protected] for assistance.

Sales Tax

Florida residents without a valid Reseller's Certificate are required to pay the 7% state sales tax.
