An attractive pair of gilt porcelain serving pieces by Ransgil, China, comprising a creamer and matching open sugar bowl. Both pieces feature an elegant waisted form with integrated loop handles and softly scalloped rims, highlighted by an allover etched floral decoration against a rich matte gilt ground. The interiors are finished in a lustrous burnished gold glaze, creating an appealing contrast with the finely engraved exterior surfaces. The understated floral motif and warm gilt finish reflect the popular Hollywood Regency and Mid-Century decorative aesthetic, making this versatile pair suitable for tea service, display, or use as decorative accents. Their sculptural silhouettes and luxurious finish allow them to complement both traditional and contemporary interiors. Both pieces retain the printed "RANSGIL CHINA" maker's mark to the underside. The larger bowl measures approximately 4 3/4 inches across handle-to-handle and approximately 2 3/4 inches high, while the smaller creamer measures approximately 4 inches across handle-to-spout and approximately 2 1/2 inches high.   • Condition: Very good vintage condition. Light surface wear and minor rubbing to the gilt finish consistent with age and careful use.
