Item Description
Weight: 30.4 grams

Like shimmering water caught in a moment of pure stillness, this breathtaking vintage Native American liquid silver necklace is a triumph of traditional Southwestern jewelry design. Crafted from twenty individual, ultra-fine strands of sterling silver micro-tubular beads, this piece drapes against the skin with the luxurious, fluid weight of pure silk. Historically, liquid silver jewelry—often referred to as "liquid light"—emerged in the American Southwest as a stunning evolution of traditional stone and shell heishi beads. Native American artisans, particularly Pueblo and Navajo silversmiths, pioneered this painstaking technique, hand-threading hundreds of microscopic silver tubes to create a cascading waterfall effect that catches and reflects the light with every movement. Finished with classic hand-stamped sunburst cones marked "STER," this elegant, timeless treasure brings a touch of soulful romance and historic artistry to any collection.

  • Material: Solid Sterling Silver (Marked "STER" on cones)
  • Strand Count: 20 delicate, cascading strands
  • Length: Spectacular 29 inches for a dramatic, elegant drop
  • Weight: Robust 30.4 grams of sterling silver
  • Clasp Type: Secure hook-and-eye closure
  • Origin: Native American Artisan Handcrafted
