The 2 characters on the cover read "JI YANG" meaning the auspicious sheep, it is quite common in my opinion. ?? - Chinese traditional auspicious patterns. Sheep, ancient "Cheung" word. Furukawa Yi Yi knowledge, Xiang word often written Ji yang. Southern Song "Yuan Jia knife Ming": "Yi Hou Wang, great luck" ("subordinate" fourteen). Han bronze on the common "Kyrgyzstan sheep", "big Jiyang" text decoration.
