An English porcelain bachelor’s tea service in fitted mahogany traveling box. With teapot, covered sugar bowl, cream jug, pair of teacups and saucers, and serving tray. 19th century. 7" x 13" x 11" Provenance: From the Estates of RaymondBahor & Michael Mahoney. Mahoney was a professor and Chair of the Fine Arts department at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, until he retired in 1991. Prior to that he was a curator and editor at the National Gallery of Art, Washington,DC.
