A collection of six hand-painted ceramic figurines produced by Goebel, based on the designs of M. I. Hummel. The group depicts young children in various pastoral and vocational scenes, including a violinist with a dog, a boy with a rifle, and a girl seated in a blossoming tree, identified through research as the "Apple Tree Girl" design. The figures are glazed earthenware. Visible markings on the bases are consistent with mid-20th-century Goebel production, including the blue underglaze "Stylized Bee" trademark, the printed word "Germany," and incised model numbers. A molded signature is also visible on the base of several pieces.

  • Condition: Good. As is, as found. Chips are present and a cloudy film finish on some pieces.
